Always consider something labeled poisonous to be poison regardless of the expiration date.

Expiration date on poisons are only the indicator for how long they aill be at 100% strength. Meanign it could be 99% till the world ends. But remember, even 1% can still kill you if its the right stuff.

Probably. If it's a toxin, it will be poisonous no matter how much time goes by. I think it greatly depends on the poison. Don't even think about eating it.
