lots of water, and some pain pills for today... just keep at it and you will eventually get your body to where it needs to be and not hurting as bad. as long as it is just soreness and not pain like you tore something.

Saltbath..........shower with hot water, Drink limu for fast muscle recovery.................I used it when I first began to hike now I longer hike routes, harder, and a bit faster and I don't have more than two hours of pain afterwards............thanks to Limu Original!

sounds like you're doing too much too soon. pain means there's something wrong. either don't do as much or don't do it as hard. work up to where you want to be. make sure you drink lots of water.
