PLEASE READ, I KNOW ITS LONG.
i have had two piano competitions in the last few days in Dublin. I live in Cork so it is about 4 hours up and down four times plus the playing. I supose i did put alot of energy in it but yesterday and today my head feels like there is a weight in it like it feels full and can't function. It is ok all right if i'm on the fone cos i was on it a while ago but other than that i get that feeling again! My eyes don't feel tired though but do you think my body is very tired. I know this may not sound like a big deal for you but for me it is. I meant to mention that i don't drive.

Yes it has happened to me many times, when I feel stressed out my mind feels boggled! Also You may be concentrating on your ordeal and you need to revert your thoughts to something else at times. Also when I encountered the same problem found out I had an under active thyroid(hypo) which made me feel so fatigued and a little disoriented with my thoughts, this could from time to time occur with an over active thyroid (Hyper). You may have a B12 defincency also. Not to say any of this I mentioned is your problem but you may have a chemical imbalance somewhere. You made need to have blood tests, maybe that will spot the problem. Do you sleep well at night? The best thing to do is explain this to your doctor and let him go from there. Some people are also more overwhelmed than others also, maybe it's just your genetic makeup. If this is something that has recently occured then please check it out with a doctor. Diet and Sleep are very important too. Hope this helps you...I've been there!

I hate to say it but it sounds like you have a tumor in your head!! HAHA. just kidding, yeah it sounds like your just tired, sometimes you can be completely awake but your body wants to rest so even though you think your not sleepy, the things your experiencing are your body trying to tell you, that you need some rest.

You could be getting migraines, they come in all different forms. I get the splitting kind that hurts at light and sound, my sister gets them where her vision gets blurry and she feels nausea. I would go to the doc and see what they say, if it gets worse.
