I bought some lotion with SPF in it from costco. I usually use a lotion from the body shop but the costco brand was a better deal...except now my eyes are burning and this didn't happen with the body shop lotion.

your eyes are very quick learners! and healers! I wouldn't continue using the product and even with a new lotion keep it away from your eyes! But if this happens again...bend over the sink and splash cool water into your eyes to flush out the irritant, good luck.

Look on the bottle..it will tell you what to do if it gets in your eye..if not, it should have a phone # to call....You can even call the Poison Control Center and they can look it up and advise as to what to do...It is a toll free #...just Google it for the number.....

Not necessarily-I don't believe there will be any long-lasting effects to your eyes from a one time exposure.

The "stinging" is probably a clue there.
