Yeah I would go to the emergency room for that one. The reason is because if you are not careful you can break your eardrum.

Definitely something for an physician to take out for you. If you do try to do it yourself, you might just aggravate your injury and make it a permanent problem for you. I worked in an ER for years, believe me-we see all kind of things stuck in people's ears: bugs, beans, beads so don't be embarrassed to go. Take care!
