My shoulder has been sore for over a month now. It hurts especially when I am lifting or opening a door (pushing). The only thing I can think of what I did to it is back in mid-February I was running around and fell onto that shoulder, rolled and got back up. I thought maybe I bruised it, but it is lasting for a long time now. Could I have done something worse to it than just bruising?

You might have a pinched nerve. My dad had a similar problem. He had shoulder pain and he thought he had been sleeping on it wrong. When it never went away he saw the doctor and discovered the pinched nerve. While they were examining his shoulder, they discovered he had arthritis in his neck. He had to begin physical therapy for both. Better to have it checked out and be sure.

Exactly what it's sincere and prematurely. I have a addiction of drowsing with my arm tucked underneath my pillow and sure the shoulder hurts frequently while I rise up, only a reality of aging together with different aches and pains, good day the frame does put on out, believe me I recognise. yes you could have! I believe you should go to the doctors office and see what he/she says
