I was walking up the stairs, holding on to a wooden railing and BAM! I got a sliver. It reallly hurts :( Any ideas how to take it out? pweeaaseee :)

you can put fingernail polish over that area and when it is dry ,gently pull it off and the sliver should come with it

I use a sewing need. I slip it in under the sliver and pry it up a bit. This hurts a bit and makes the hole larger. At this point I can use the sewing needle or some tweezers to pull the sliver free.

Some times I just try to bite it out. Not much fun either!

Either pull it out with a sterile needle or with tweezers.

IF YOU CAN'T SEE IT BUY SOME PRID SALVE AND PUT THIS ON IT. KEET USING IT UNTIL YOU CAN SEE IT TO PULL IT OUT WITH SOME FINE TWEEZERS.
