I have a type of bursitis in my hip. I was given a shot of cortisone last week to help it go away. Will running and lifting weights make it worse?

having trouble breathing whenever she smells anything like smoke or people cooking foods and saying that she stay in one room for long as she feels stuffy and plus she's a diabete i wonder if someone could help me of wat it might be causing her problems when she want to breath normally. thanks for helping

I broke my leg and my doctor prescribed darvocet Propoxyphene 100mg Acetaminophen 650mg (pink pill with the # 93 on one side and 890 on the other) i'm curious to know how they compare in strenght to vicodin or percocet, because when i took the vicodin 750ml at one time they were strong enough for me and i don't want to take something that's too strong.

I am sick right now... my throat started hurting a little last night and this morning I woke up and it was even worse. My entire body is sore... my skin is super touchy. I dont have a fever that I can tell right now. I used chloreseptic and took some asprin today but it hasnt seemed to help a whole lot. Anyone have any suggestions?

Last year I injured my back lifting something at work, and every once in a while the pain comes back and I have to take a painkiller. The problem is, I get VERY nausious after the pill wears off. I have tried to take it with food, but it still happens. Any advice?

It started in the am and I tried a hot shower, excedrin migraine and ibuprophen 800 mgs. no results. Pain starts from back of the neck and goes up to front of forehead.

I know that I've asked SOOOO much questions, but I only got answers for 2. Okay. So, I have checked the red line that I have mentioned b4. It's barely there.
So, Prob:
Pinkish swelled.Little over a week.
*I got it pierced on the ear lobe, NOT on the cartilage
It's not hurting, or itching, or warm, or pus or crust coming.

I got this pierced at a professional.
I have been using Witch Hazel, cleaning solution, with 14% rubbing alcohol.
I just put a bit of Purell Sanitizer.

Suggestions?

she is 65 years old and her hearing is not so good...

she is one of those ladies who looks very good for her age, she is always dressed very nicely and she told me that she tried on a hearing aid and she does not like the way it looks... she is self conscience about that, so she decided not to use the hearing aid.

everyone always has to speak louder or repeat themselves..

and what is also bad is that my dad is 75 and he gets tired too because he always has to repeat himself like 3 times...

is there anything i can do?

are there any "fashionable" and comfortable hearing aid i can get my mom?

I just had a gyno apt., and ever since then I have had trouble peeing. It burns, and I have bad pains in my lower gut, and the left side of my pelvic area. I ate some cranberry sauce, but it's so icey outside, nobody can go anywhere, so what can I do till I get to the doctors? Sometimes, I can't pee and it just burns. Weird

I have chronic pain and have been treated with 50mg a day of norco for a loose bone plate in my skull and temporalis muscle. Yesterday We wrapped our car around a tree at 50 mph (side impact crash) I smacked my head the bad side that has acrylic implants and i have sever neck, back, hip, leg and arm pain. sever!! When I follwoed up my doctor today he refused to increase my medicine. He said migrain pain is worse than accident pain and the accused me of lying because I said it feels better to sit and lean forward not lay flat on my back. He will not do anything but call in flexeril which sucks I dont know wtf todo of course i know i wont be able to take it any longer and will have to back to the er but then i bet they will accuse me of lying also...age discrimiation since i am young they act weird about treating my pain. The doctor also said the following:
-Does not make sense that leanng forward lessens pain
-migrain pain is worse than any accident pain
- somas do not work for head

i usually get headaches for no reason at all. sometimes i will get headaches just for being on the computer or watching t.v. or simply just because i just do..i can't really explain why i get them. and sometimes, they are so severe that i feel like somone is pounding on my head, punching me, and kicking me in the forehead at the samte time...and sometiems i get headaches (like axes to the back of my head.) sometimes it also gets so severe that i get dizzy, and wheni get up i start spinning (well actually the room does.) and when someone asks me a question or talks to me out loud, i blank out for a second. and don't tell me to go to the doctor, i don't think it is quite that extreme. i just can't stand it, it gets in the way of my daily life. oh also, when i exercise i also get MAJOR hurting headaches...my parents say it is because i am hungry, buti can't be hungry all the time. can i??please tell me why this is happening..and help me prevent or treat it. sorry its so long btw. THANKS!!

I have to have surgery on my ankle because I broke two bones, so I just have a splint on it. The worst part is the swelling.....when will it start to subside? It has already been three days.
