I broke my forearm (both bones) almost two years ago, but now when I try to exercise I get discomfort/pain in the spot where the worse break was.

More than likely arthritis has set up at the site of the fracture, which is not uncommon for a broken bone. Try taking something for arthritis pain and see if it gets better. If you had to have surgery and hardware was placed to heal the bone, it may be that the body is beginning to reject and it might require surgery in order to get rid of the pain. I would try the arthritic meds for at least a couple of weeks; if you don't get any relief, notify your physician.

My doctor suggested Capisol.
Its a cream made with red pepper.
