This sums up mainly the risks of the water available. You start with carbonated - its a no NO! (check on line). Rule out the next four you list - as the best is natural, unadulterated water. Tap water in many cities is definitely not advisable to drink. Countless studies show why.(below see online sites to visit). One is high sodium level, which has been correlated with an increased likelihood of high blood pressure and subsequent cardiovascular disease. City water is heavily chlorinated to kill germs, fluoridated to prevent tooth decay (all injurious to health to a degree). And some cities add calcium hydroxide or other alkaline substances to change the pH (acidity) of the water so it does not corrode pipes! (To Hell with the health risks!) Chlorine and other additives used to treat water can react with other organic chemicals to produce chlorinated hydrocarbons that may act as carcinogens.
Well water or spring water collected from mountain or underground sources (unfortunately these waters can be contaminated also - depends where collected)) is probably the best(safest). Boiling water kills bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can cause illness. Treating water with chlorine bleach kills most disease causing bacteria and viruses; however it probably will not kill parasites if water seriously contaminated. Boiling is a more effective water purification method than treating water with chlorine bleach. Most home water treatment systems have not been designed to treat turbid, contaminated drinking water. The filter can become clogged quickly reducing fixture output or overloading the filter, and providing no protection against bacteria and viruses in the water(For water not contaminated it will be effective - at least to a certain degree). I live in Mexico where it is advisable to buy bottled water(at least from reliable sources like CocaCola and Pepsi) You never drink the tap water here(And home water systems are not trusted) Consult Online sites. A high quality spring water or you will be able to consume tap water IF you get a superior water filtration system (you can install under the kitchen sink) that utilizes reverse osmosis.

Avoid carbonated water and beverages as they are very acidic. Very occasionally, a high quality lightly and naturally carbonated mineral water (especially those from Europe--Italy and Germany) is enjoyable to drink, but again, not on a regular basis. I indulge about 10 times a year.

Any water is fine. Pure water from the tap, or bottled, is best for you and has less to go through in the digestive process.

Carbonated water is not bad for your teeth, as some carbonated water comes from natural sources. The thing to look for is the high fructose corn syrup. That's what's bad for your teeth and your body.

Waters with added minerals are good for you, so long as they use NATURAL flavorings and do not have any high fructose corn syrup in them.

Carbonated isn't good, as it rots your teeth. Flourinated is debatable. What it basically amounts to is ANY WATER is good water. Just avoid the carbonated variety. Any type that is altered from it's natural state could have unknown side-affects, and is best to be avoided. Otherwise...drink and be merry!
