i usually get headaches for no reason at all. sometimes i will get headaches just for being on the computer or watching t.v. or simply just because i just do..i can't really explain why i get them. and sometimes, they are so severe that i feel like somone is pounding on my head, punching me, and kicking me in the forehead at the samte time...and sometiems i get headaches (like axes to the back of my head.) sometimes it also gets so severe that i get dizzy, and wheni get up i start spinning (well actually the room does.) and when someone asks me a question or talks to me out loud, i blank out for a second. and don't tell me to go to the doctor, i don't think it is quite that extreme. i just can't stand it, it gets in the way of my daily life. oh also, when i exercise i also get MAJOR hurting headaches...my parents say it is because i am hungry, buti can't be hungry all the time. can i??please tell me why this is happening..and help me prevent or treat it. sorry its so long btw. THANKS!!

This is not normal.
You could have an allergy or a sensitivity to something in your environment. Headaches are a common reaction. Go have an allergy test done. Are you drinking enough water? This could explain the ones you get after exercising. You might want to start taking a multivitamin as well. How about having your eyes checked? If this is happening during computer/TV viewing there might be a light problem.

getting a headache for no reason at all is something to be concerned about...could be something as simple as needing glasses, since you mention using the pc and getting one to more complex issues...also feeling dizzy with headache is also not a good thing...until you see a doc and get a work up to find out why this is happening theres no way to say how to help prevent them...if you do not think the symptoms you are talking about are relevant to see a doc then i do not know what advise you are looking for,,,you need to see a doctor now

I think it may be b'coz ur weak... maybe the haemoglobin in ur blood is less. I think u shud go get ur CT Scan or MRI done, just 2 be on the safer side.
