I just had a gyno apt., and ever since then I have had trouble peeing. It burns, and I have bad pains in my lower gut, and the left side of my pelvic area. I ate some cranberry sauce, but it's so icey outside, nobody can go anywhere, so what can I do till I get to the doctors? Sometimes, I can't pee and it just burns. Weird

GET IN TO SEE A DOCTOR ASAP. any doctor. If you don't treat your bladder infection, it will only get worse. The inside of your bladder can get so deteriorated that it seeps blood; the blood forms clots and blocks your urethra so you can't pee at all. And it keeps getting worse, all the way up to WEEKS in the hospital. GET TREATMENT NOW!

Ive had urinary tract infections before and it sounds just like the ones Ive had. 2 1/2 weeks is a long time to have this though, usually if you drink a lot of cranberry juice and water at the onset, for me it clears up quickly. They make cranberry pills you can take as well, they are usually with the vitamins and stuff in the drugstore. I think that if its lasting this long it might be a harder infection to kick and you probably need an antibiotic... I would get to the doctor asap.

you want to drink a large number of water and pee plenty. it is going to damage notwithstanding that is the in effortless words thanks to get the an infection out of your device. you should target to discern out what gave you the an infection interior the first position and end doing that. I had a chain of bladder infections over a 12 months's time period and couldn't discern out what replaced into the reason of it. My record and that i eventually figured it out. You stated you've pills so i'm assuming you've talked on your record. If not you should go see him/her. There should be something else incorrect with you it truly is extra severe than a bladder an infection. also a bladder an infection not dealt with genuine may deliver about a kidney an infection and hospitalization. in case you've already seen the record, call their workplace and ask how lengthy the pills could take to artwork or refer to the pharmacist. all the pills I took were distinctly affective after one or 2 days on the most. Your record should be made conscious the pills are literally not operating. if you're too scared, do not discover the money for or insurance. hit upon a free health center and don't be scared. Seeing the record is extra ideal than having a kidney an infection or having to get a clean kidney.

well if you are not hurting really bad or running a fever, you can probably wait until tomorrow, but you should go to a Dr. soon, any Dr. Until then drink lots and lots of water, and if you can get out ,there are over the counter meds that will help with the discomfort such as azo or urinastat. Now you will still have to go to the Dr. and just to let you know they turn your pee orange. Also, if you go out get cranberry juice. Get the kid with the most amount of cranberry in it. Avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks because it effects the infection to.

You need to drink plenty of water and cranberry juice not sauce. If the pain persist take tyenol or if you have anything stronger . Also warm heating pad will help to be appied to lower abdomen. I had this same problem in the past and it won't go away unless you do these things and get medical help.Antibiotics will be prescribed for the Bladder Infection.

if you have not had a fever and no other symtoms then what you mentioned the cause could be any number of things.
drink water plain water from a tap. no milk. no caffine or very little take some tylenol or asprin for the pain and try to relax.
make sure that when you do pee you relax and really give yourself time. then dry very well.
at mid stream collect a sample from time to time see if its cloudy and if there is any blood . also look for very very tiny bits of material that are smaller then a grain of sand.
Be prepared to rush to the hospitail but for the most part if you can handle this with the tylenol or asprin and plain water. then you can wait until the doctors appointment.

Probably a bladder infection, eat more cranberry sauce and drink lots of water, if you can get to a drug store get some uristat and it will help with the pain until you get to a doctor! If you dont treat it with antibiotics it could turn into a kidney infection and then you will be in the hospital!

This could be a more serious problem, but it's most likely minor, and probably just an an infection. Remember to drink a lot of water to flush your system out, drink cranberry juice, and don't drink any caffeine until you can see a doctor. You're probably fine, but it can't hurt to take safety precautions. Good luck :) (hope you feel better)

Go see a doctor. Go to a walk-in clinic if you can't get an appointment with your regular doctor. Sounds like you have a UTI and you need to get antibiotics for it. You also need to do it soon! Because it can worsen and the infection could spread and that's not good.
In the meantime, drink lots of cranberry juice.

Try to drink lots of clear fluids, use a squirt bottle to spray at the urethral area as you urinate to help decrease the burning. Go to the bathroom when you feel you need to.
You can measure what you put out an keep track of what you take in to make sure you are emptying as the total over 24 hours should be about the same.

If you've had this for 2 1/2 wks and you just went to the gyno, why didn't you tell them about it and get some meds??!! It sounds like a bladder infection and you need some antibiotics and pain meds. Your regular dr. should take emergency appts. sooner than 2 1/2 weeks out. Call your doctor and get in there!!!
