Last February, I broke my ankle. I was given the OK to go back to work in July. I had nothing but problems. I went back to my surgeon and the x-rays showed a build up in my ankle. The surgeon said it had gone arthritic and is calcifying. Does anyone know any good ways to deal with the pain? Is there anything that can be done or will it eventually fuse and limit my abilities?

I know I can see a chiropractor but I'd prefer to see if some sort of streches or anything can help resolve the problem first. If you have any advice on any meds that will relax the muscles please advise. If you know of any good streches also please advise. I messed my back on when I was moving a tv with someone else. I guess I was using my back instead of my legs :( Any advice would help, thanks

My best friends son who is 9 years old about 7 days ago started acting funny and running around the house screaming about seeing things they where not there and scared of her cats saying they where trying to kill him and odd things like that. Well she took him to a doctor who said it sounds like he is having seizures where afterwards they kind of become delusional and see things that are not there. Last night he had another episode and she called an ambulance. At the hospital they told her they can't do much for him there and to see the regular doctor. He is sceduled to have an MRI And EEG done in two weeks. My question is has anyone had this problem with their kid? And what did it end up being? Any advice will help a lot. We are very worried about him and what is going on. No it is not stress we already figured out its not that. Thanks for the help.

I don't want to switch pharmacies. I get 2 prescriptions at my local pharmacy. My new prescription (#3) is not covered by my insurance. It is about $10 cheaper at an online pharmacy like drugstore.com than at my local pharmacy. Can I go to the new pharmacy just for the new prescription?

My legs ache really bad, especially in my knees and into my calves. I don't know why this is. I havent done any strenuous activitiy recently, just normal. I have a desk job. They hurt at night, and most of the day. They're hurting right now. What is this, and what can I do besides take pain killers? Is this a disease or something?

My skin looks pasty and the dark circles under my eyes have increased. I just look dull.People have started saying I look tired.
I cleanse and mousturise twice a day and get 8 hours sleep a night.
I have a cold at the moment which is making it worse.
What can I do to improve my complexion, other than covering it up with makeup. I have a healthy diet but any specific foods/vitamins that could help? Beuaty products? Lifestyle changes?
Any advice would be appreciated.

i was hit in a car and injured my neck. i have neck pain headaches and arm weakness. the mri said the disc are fine. they said no clinical reason. well now im in seriuos pain and i feel like people think im nuts! anyone know why i could still have problems?thankyou.

I am a happily married mother of 2 and I work outside the home, but lately I find myself so tired. I cant keep my eyes open. I want to sleep all of the time. I am starting to really worry I have never been like this. I mean its come so far as when my husband comes home from work I feed the family and go right to bed, and it feels like I am never getting enough sleep. Each time i hurt myself either by scratch or once on the hot hob of my cooking gas, it left a black mark on my hand after healing up and this has disfigured my skin leaving a black mark. i have to wear long sleeves everytime even during the hot summer. pls what can i do to clear the black mark . is there a cream or somethin that i can use. pls help i dont want to spend this summer again in long sleeves.

I suffer badly with this type of headache in the past i have head headaches everyday for a month. I've had my navel piercing since september 2006, and hasn't caused me any problems..well, recently, my DUMB BEHIND stopped cleaning it, n it got swollen..not a lot..just a little..it basically looked like a misquito bite..anyway..while the slight swelling went down, blood n puss started coming out, and now my navel hurts like hell! And some of the scabbing came off so now it's kinda raw..I live on campus, 3hrs away from home, so I have no doctor 2 go 2..a friend of mine just tol me 2 keep cleaning it with a soft cotton ball or wash towel..it doesn't hurt as much as it has been, but sometimes it really likes 2 cut up..what should I do since I have no way 2 get anywhere..any other suggestions? And by the way..what in the heezy is sea salt???
