I have had 2 pregnancies, resulting in 3 children. I had sciatic pain during pregnancy and it disappeared postpartum, but it flares up frequently. Is there anything I can do to help these flare-ups? I am about to die! It is very difficult to take care of my 5 year old and 14 month old twins. Meds don't seem to work. Any exercises or stretches that anyone knows of?
Please HELP!

I accidently ruptured the one on my wrist and now (not surprisingly) it hurts like hell when I move my hand. I've read that people used to treat cysts by hitting them with a heavy book, but I can't find anything on what happens after a cyst ruptures. Anyone know what is normal?

last night i had the most intense headaches of all time so bad i couldnt look or walk i was dizzy shaking and my eyes felt asthough they were going to explode...couple of hours later i was sick with the pain...it was so bad...i managed to get to sleep arounf 1am...i woke up for colege arounf 8am and i felt asthough someone meat my head into a pulp and i still felt ill.


does anyone know what i had please let me know just incase it is serious

I broke my ankle in October, had a cast on for 4 weeks, wore a brace for 5 weeks, and my ankle is still swollen more than a month from no longer needing the brace. This is the first time I ever broke my ankle.

with one of my mates I didn't do any warm ups as we both decided to do it on the spare of the moment. I was wearing trainers and was fine whilst walking for that period of time as I go to the gym often but must admit warm up properly.

Since yesterday morning I have very sore calves, ankles and thighs and feel very weak and tired with flu like symptoms. I have used deep heat to ease the pain but it doesn't really help. I have booked a doctors appointment for friday.

Apart from resting what can I do to help ease the pain and weakness and how long will it take for pain to heal?

I just got home from school and it smelled like gas in my kitchen. I look at the stove and its open a little bit so that gas will leak out. What kind of gas is in gas ovens, and how bad is it that my dog has been breathing it in all day?? She threw up a little bit when i got home, but otherwise she seems fine.

I am really tired all the time-I just started an exercise program and hopefully that will help, but I'm sure i need to take some kind of vitamin also. A friend recommended B12 and i started that 2 days ago, but is there a possibility of overdose if that isn't what I need?

~I am a 31 yr old mom of 3 kids and I work full time-sure I'm going to be tired, but I mean ready to go to bed at 7:30 every night is crazy! I am 5"3 and 155lbs, which is considered slightly overweight, but I feel sooooo out of shape!

i've had a "knot" in my upper back/shoulder area for over 2 months now....sometimes the pain lessens quite a bit, but then it just comes back full force....

I went in for my back pain today, and I was prescribed 3 medications after a thorough and painful examination: Medrol (a steroid 6-day dosepack) Robaxin (muscle relaxer) and Vicodin (pain releiver). I was also given a shot that did take the edge off the pain I have been in for 4 days, but it did not releive it completely.

Anyway, I read over all this medication information, and I am afraid to take the vicodin. Hubby and I usually have a glass of wine with dinner, and I am afraid so much acetominophen (500 mg per tablet and I am directed to take 2 tablets each dose) is going to be harmful. Of course, I have no issue with forgoing wine with dinner at alldue to the medication, but since I have drank a glass with supper some nights for many months, will this medication harm me? I don't drink to excess and rarely have more than 2 glasses, and it's not every night.

Plus, has anyone out there ever used this medicine (Vicodin 5/500) ?? I am afraid to take it but I am in very bad pain.
