Get an exam by a chiropractor and get your back adjusted.
You can get a back brace (an elastic belt at a pharmacy or elsewhere, this might help.
Get up every few minutes and loosen up. Do a kind of rag doll dance. Do some stretches. You will find out which exercises help you.
Try a lumbar support cushion or try different chairs.
You don't say where exactly the pain is, but anyway a chiropractor could give you better advice.

Dear,
you have mentioned only the weight, not the height, you sems to be overweight, Try and reduce your weight first by eating only the required calories and daily walking for about 40 to 45 mnts.
You have to select the chair or whatever it is u are using to sit for a long time, with proper back support, There are some excercise for stretching the back in yoga, go to yoga guru and learn it and do it sure you will not get pain, Initially just before u get the symtoms of pain, get up and walk for few minutes and then sit.
God Luck

I have had severe backpain for 2 years, I went to a medical supply store and purchased a pillow that has a v shape cut out of the back where the tail bone is, I take it everywhere with me, it looks dorky but it sure helps in the office and on long drives.

Easy. Straighten out your spine by doing inverted sit ups. essentially, hanging upside down for short period of times. This should help your spinal cord by expanding itself using gravity as a natural source.
Step 1: Buy a Pull -up bar and install it between two walls, preferably under a doorway.
Step 2: Buy anti-gravity boots. These are just boots that you clap on to your ankle and there are hooks on each boot.
Step 3: Hang your feet on the pull -up bar so you are upside down. Now do simple stretches by using your hands and slowly pull yourself away from the pull-up bar. Hang upside down for a short period of time.
Extra bonus Step! once you get used to hanging upside down, you can try to do inverted situps by doing situps upside down. Not only will you engage in THE PERFECT SITUP, but it's the most effective and efficient use of energy when performing situps.
Note: When you do these exercise, perform them moderately if this is your first time exercising in a while. Check a doctor before doing these routines. I'm not responsible or liable for your injury or as a result of an injury by posting these suggestive answers.
Good luck!
