Have you changed the ring? Maybe you're allergic to the metal in the ring. If it's not swollen, red or painful, it's probably not an infection. But you need a Dr asap either way. Bleeding for this long is definitely a sign on a problem.

I got my belly button pierced about 3 years ago. When I first got it pierced, they put one of those captive bead rings in it. Supposedly it's supposesd to be the easiest to keep clean and allows the piercing to heal faster.
Not the case with me. I was the same as you, 2 months later and still not healed. I actually ended up infected and everything. A friend of mine suggested I change my ring to one of those banana rings so I figured what have I got to lose.
Within 2 weeks my piercing was completely healed and comfortable. Something about the captive bead ring wouldn't let it heal. So try changing the ring. Oh and use sea salt and water to clean it not the piercing solution they give you.

If you havent been washing it then that could be why. I have mine pierced too and Ive had it for almost 2 years. Mine still hurts a little sometimes. Be careful because if it is infected it could be fatal

My piercing in the navel stayed infected for months!! My doctor said that certain bodies react to this foreign object by objecting to it and causing an infection. Unfortunately I had to take it out.

Get it checked by a doctor. Is it red? If it is, it could be infected. Next time it bleeds, put a little hydrogen peroxide on it and if it really bubbles you'll know it's infected. Get it checked by a doctor..infections can be fatal if you become septic.

You need to start washing it everyday. I got mine done in 10th grade and I had to wash it at lunchtime everyday with just Softsoap, the cheap soap to wash your hands with. It was embarassing, but it prevented infection.
