Normally you're supposed to be free of all substances like that before you get a blood test. It would pop up on the results. You might be able to just mention it before, though, so they're aware.

if you have phobia i think you can, if you will have complete blood count, liver function test or kidney function test it will not effect, but if you want to know some drug level in your blood i don't know
