You may indeed have the flu but I marvel that there are people who are not in patient care, who have never examined you and yet are diagnosing you online. And you should never ask for an online diagnosis. It can't be done. The only people who can diagnose you are an MD, an NP or a PA.

It's possible that the muscle pain and headache are due to the cough, especially if the cough is frequent. And it's also possible that the three are unrelated. You haven't mentioned any other symptoms or lack of, nor have you stated how long this has gone on or what, if anything, preceded it. My professional opinion is that you see your primary care provider for evaluation of your vital signs, your cough, your lung sounds and for peace of mind.

Muscle aches, headache, dry cough, are all signs of a virus.
Gettting plenty of rest, increasing fluids, taking an anti-inflamatory,eating lightly and taking Vitamin C will help to improve your condition and in no time you will be back to good health.
Sooooooooooo no need to worry , it's only viral . Curl up with a good book and you'll be better in no time!
However if your symptoms persist you will need to see a physician.

You've contracted the common cold or flu!

Take pain killers, drink plenty of fluids and sleep! If you're still not better in the next day or 2 go to your doctor...

You can see a DR or just suffer through it and hope it is not serious.
Take 500 ml vitamin C three times a day and Aspirin, Tylenol, or something like that for the pains.
Call in sick to work tell them you are dieing.

If you're back pain is up high, between your shoulder blades, you could have pneumonia. I've had it twice, and both times, the pain between my shoulder blades was my worse complaint. If so, you may need some antibiotics.
