What does it mean when i have a bad stomach ache and my right side hurts really bad along with my right shoulder?

Sugar, as you mentioned was the cause ?
May have been, for too much sugar can cause physical sicknesses, as well as mental & emotional sickness.
"Sugar IS only one molecule away from being Cocaine." Is addictive.
It is not very good for us.
Do all things in Moderation. Take Care.
Take some Cold Medicine, and the symptoms will subside, and will eventually pass.

The nerve supply to the internal abdominal organs don't corresond to the area immediately over them... it's slightly different.
When the diaphragm (muscle between lungs and abdomen) is irritated you get shoulder tip-pain. Un;less you're old enough to have a heart-attack...
It has nothing to do with Sugar, Don't wait to read the next answer.... rush to a doctor...

Not knowing anymore facts that you gave I would say you may need a new mattress.
