They'll send you a bill. Assuming you're in the US, emergency rooms must treat your emergent symptoms regardless of your ability to pay. Many hospitals are not-for-profit, and they will provide non-emergency treatment on the same basis.
If you can't pay the bill when you get it, call them and they'll usually set up a payment plan for you. When you do that, don't overextend yourself financially. If you agree to $25 a month and you can pay $50, go ahead and pay $50, just don't agree to it. They will be more patient than most creditors and work out more generous terms.

They have to treat you by law. Depending on the situation the will either send you a bill and if you can't pay it all at once work out a payment plan and/or they can help you apply for medical aid, ask for a patient representative and they can help you get into contact with the correct people for assistance.

If you have a need for emergency services, just go to the ER they have to treat immediate needs regardless if you have health insurance or not, they will probably bill you as self pay.

You can go to a city or county hospital.tell them you are financially incapable of paying.by law, they have to treat and stabilize you.they will also have you fill out some forms which will be forwarded to the county and state.this may also help in getting medical insurance assistance for future use.

Just tell them you are a cash patient. They will ask you for
some money on the way out. Pay and have the rest billed to you.
