My legs ache really bad, especially in my knees and into my calves. I don't know why this is. I havent done any strenuous activitiy recently, just normal. I have a desk job. They hurt at night, and most of the day. They're hurting right now. What is this, and what can I do besides take pain killers? Is this a disease or something?

You can take the last advice and get a free leg masage from someone, but the likely problem is not toxins, it is more than likely the fact that you have a desk job. It may seem silly, but for most people, short term, it is worse on your legs and back at a desk job than doing manual labor. Manual labor of course wears and tears, ultimately giving long term damage, but "desking" damages quicker and more severe in the short term. Try getting a LOWER lumbar support for your office chair... if you have one, get another one, because they typically self form after a while, causing it not to work properly. Make sure your chair is potitioned from the floor to where your knees are at a 90 degree angle and feet flat on the floor, or if you can get an angular foot dock for under your desk, that would help more. Also, try getting up routinely at certain times, about every hour and stretch, walk down the hall, take a trip around the building, or the sort. Hope his helps.

It could be several things. The most worrisome is a DVT (deep vein thrombosis) which can be fatal. Also low potassium in your blood or PVD (peripheral vascular disease) can progress to the point where you have pain at rest. In addition, it could be a primary knee problem, or even referred pain from a disc condition in your back.

Best advice, see your doctor and get checked out. Hold off on any massages until DVT has been excluded as the massage can make the clot break loose and travel into your lungs causing a PE (pulmonary embolism)

its sounds like it could be one of two things, the first is: toxins carried in your body can settle in your legs and accumulate giving muscle aches, a massage will help get rid, not a quick rub a proper massage.

the other possibility is circulation problems, if your a smoker you can develop leg aches and literally 'smoke your legs off' - ask any doc i think its called thrombosis but theres also another another as well. my bet is the first one. see if you can get somebody to give you a proper leg massage all the way along both legs. find out how on the net and if they get deep into the muscle it will relieve it

Symptoms include frequent urge to move, burning, can seem to get them confrontable. Uncontrollable urge to move them. Feels almost like bugs crawling inside your legs. Happens mostly at night but can occur during the day. Look it up....Hope this helps...There are medications for it. That work extremely well

a foul sciatic nerve? sounds like it to me. I had that too. It harm the main when I raised one leg to get away from mattress or the motor vehicle. I went to a actual therapist and that they gave me some workouts to do at living house. the simplest one i will make it easier to be conscious of to do is to place on your ingredient (the two ingredient) and squeeze your butt cheeks together 10 cases take a 5 sec harm and do it back some cases.
