i remember when i was in grade school i heard a group of grade four students (i was grade three then), talking about white marks on fingernails.,
one of them said that each white mark on a fingernail stands for a new friend is coming your way.,
so.... she only meant that having five white marks is having five ew friends???
lols.,
i got to believe her for many years till i found the real meaning of it.,

could be merely the form you're, could be calcium deficiency-merely for the reason which you drink milk in college does not advise you get sufficient, attempt some green vegetables like broccoli and Asparagus, to boot as cantaloupe. you have hit your nail very not undemanding, it could be fungus. a guy or woman could have any way of nutritional deficiencies regardless of eating ordinary. milk isn't the only or maybe ultimate thank you to have calcium in you eating ordinary.

I've been told that it's because of lack of calcium or lack of nutrition, but I do not know for sure. It could be an old wives tale.
