I 've been running 3 miles, 2 to 3 times a week on the treadmill and have developed a painful left ankle.
It hurts on the outer side just below the ankle bone, in the dip, and along the side of my foot and though it doesn't hurt to walk I can no longer run as the pain starts immediately. If I rest my foot it is extremely painful to stand when I put weight on it but then it subsides after a few minutes. If I walk any distance it'll hurt afterwards too.
It is also quite stiff and hurts to turn my foot inwards.

I've stopped running but it's not improving and it's getting me down.

I haven't twisted it or anything and when I was only running 1 and a half miles at a time I had no problems. Does anyone have any ideas? I've not seen my Doc yet as he'll probably just say don't run!

Thanks

I've been noticing my hands falling asleep at night, and I'm assuming this is bad circulation, plus carpal tunnel. Has anyone ever had this happen to them before? I literally had bruise band marks on the tops of my fingers from all three of my rings on both hands. It eventually went away, mostly by the next morning. I didn't put my rings back on once I noticed the bruising.

My body pH is 5.5, and should be between 7-8 I believe. I have some health issues and think this may be something I need to correct. Does anyone know how long it takes to restore pH to where it should be and the best and fastest method of making it happen?

I am experiencing numbness in my little finger and ring finger and half of my left hand. I've tried shaking my hand and flexing my fingers, thinking maybe it was just the way that I had positioned my hand, but nothing will stop the numbness. It just started happening today, but it's been several hours. What could be wrong, and how can I fix it? Please help!

I should keep pain medicine in my system at all times so the drugs don't lose their efficacy and potency. How do I do this if I can't take pain medicine at night because it interferes with my sleep?

My son's doctor quit using the booklets, and have opted to just use print outs. I'm talking something straight out of a copy machine and signed off on. While, I plan on keeping those, I would also like to go ahead and buy one of the yellow booklets (like I had growing up) to keep track of things too. Anyone know where I could buy one online? A medical supply company maybe?
