You may have a dislocated yaw - and your
dentist can help set it.

I worked for a dentist for quite a few years. Do your molars look lilke they are worn(lost the sharp cutting edges)down? I agree you probably have TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Joint ) dysfunction.
Common symptoms

Joint popping
Inability to chew or bite down on hard foods
Pain in the joint and the surrounding areas
Headaches
Ringing in the ears
Plugged ears
Ear pain

It sounds like you have TMJ or that you grind your teeth. Try going to the dentist and get a mouth gaurd that wll help with night time grinding and/or TMJ.

Gylcosomine helps lubricate the joints. It doesn't help with pain. See a dentist.
