My son's doctor quit using the booklets, and have opted to just use print outs. I'm talking something straight out of a copy machine and signed off on. While, I plan on keeping those, I would also like to go ahead and buy one of the yellow booklets (like I had growing up) to keep track of things too. Anyone know where I could buy one online? A medical supply company maybe?

Why dont you just put his copies in a expandable pocket file. If not maybe office max or office depot have something similar to what you are looking for.

I remember those. My son had one 20 years ago. It was handy becuase everything was on one small folded card. Why not make your own from cardstock?
