I'm the assistant manager of a department store, and have been working there for 3 years. For the last 4 or 5 months my legs (from my knees down) are terribly sore. Sometimes it's so bad, I have to sit down for a few minutes until they stop throbbing or hurting so bad. They hurt more when I'm just standing in one spot. I've heard it can be caused by lack of exercise, poor circulation, or maybe I just need some arch supports for my shoes? I'm only 19, so its probably not a good thing that I'm feeling this way at such a young age. Any suggestions?
