It is better to study throughout the semester and then just give the material a quick look over, eat a light meal and get a good night's sleep. In the morning, look it over briefly once again, then try to relax. You will do much better than if you cram for 2 days straight and then struggle to not fall asleep on testing day at your desk. Good luck.

Get sleep. Your body needs between 7-9 hours of sleep to function properly. Study during the day and allow some breaks and do something else, take a quick walk or something. Otherwise you're going to be exausted when its time to take the test.

I took many breaks, walked around the room, up and down stairs, but did hot chocolate with real cocoa (hershey's) with some caffeine instead of coffee. Something about the milk and warmness of hot choc.
Try to get to bed by 11:30 p.m., and get up early and start again fresh.
Make little flash cards for yourself (that way, you read, you write and you reread the question on one side) with the answer on the other side. And you can use old paper for the homemade flash cards.
Ask yourself questions as you study. Take breaks when you get the don't care attitude.
Take your vitimins and also don't forget breakfast.
Don't forget to always ask GOD for help, and if you don't feel close to GOD, who moved?
GOD bless.

i might advise respiratory workouts. 10 deep, 10 shallow for greater or less 4 min. Cramming does no longer artwork in case you do no longer sleep. Your suggestions desires something to soak up what you have discovered and set it to reminiscence. whilst i replaced into in college i might cram for 4 hours and relax for 2. no count if it replaced into sleep or in any different case. you won't be able to overload your suggestions and anticipate it to hold any know-how without some style of relax. It nevertheless applies to my job. If i'm getting pissed off with a situation i will take a smash and attempt to no longer think of approximately it and when I come back to it, the answer looks to purely pop into my head.

Definitely sleep - even a 15 minute power nap. You won't retain anything you're studying if your REALLY sleepy. Good luck on your finals!

Go to bed, have a proper rest, and tomorrow you can study properly, as your brain will feel better. that's what i did when i had my exams, i studied hard and was so tired, so i just took "an evening off" and the next day i learned more than the other days. good luck with your exams.

well i think from the time you get to your dorm, start studying for the finals, then when you start to get tired go right to bed. DO NOT do anything in between this or it will not work. you go right to bed and then the information will go through your mind when you are sleeping and you will remember it. trust me this works and i'm a 7th grader and my teachers tell me to do this all the time.

Sleep. Psychological studies have shown that while you sleep the brain stores the info you have been studying.

Sleep and use coffee to wake up later. You can not absorb the information unless your brain is rested.
