Your doing good enough to sit and write this. So i say take an Advil or two and brush it off you will feel better tomorrow.

Sounds like something i would do fall flat on my face

Everyone has cheek bones! I'm guessing you imply DEFINED cheek bones, wherein case you can not obtain the ones cos it is genetic. You've both acquired them or you do not. Your gonna must make do with the makeup or there probably a beauty surgical procedure approach in the market, who is aware of!

I subject you go see your doctor immediately! In the meantime, apply a warm towel or warm bag to the area that's hurting to open the veins/vessels and increase blood flow. If the over-the-counter medicine isn't helping you, try ginger tea or ginger capsules. You didn't say how long ago this injury took place. If it has been a week or more you need to see your medical dr asap. Please post a follow-up so we will know that you are okay.

I would go to your doctor just to be safe to make sure you don't have a concussion. keep taking advil or what ever you take for headaches.

You could have a fracture or you could have concussion. I would go to a doctor.
