You may have pulled a muscle. You should be okay. Try putting an ice pack on it.

Hi!
You probably pulled a muscle. So, no, it shouldn't be very bad or last long.
Apply ice to the sore spot, take a pain reliever.
After a few days, if the pain isn't gone, then apply heat/warmth to the area. But ice first, for the swelling of the muscle.
Also, stretch your back, against the way that it hurts. If it's the right side that is in pain, stretch to the left, and vice versa.
If it doesn't go away in a reasonable amount of time, then it's time to see a Doctor.
I hope you feel better soon!
Take care! :)

You might have just pulled a muscle, or maybe your standing too long.
If the pain lasts for too long then go to see a dotor.
