First of all, if you have any one to help you, that's the best approach. She needs to be on her side, with her knees tucked. Use a lot of lubricant and explain to her that if she does hold still, it won't hurt. Tell her the more she moves around is what's causes it to hurt so much. You really need two people, that way you can insert, and someone else can hold her legs. Because you really can do damage inside if it's not properly inserted. Good luck. I've got 2 daughters and I've struggled too. It's not an easy thing to get accomplished.

Hello!
I suggest you talk to her first, explain why she needs to have this and that it's not going to hurt her. You want her to be as calm as possible. Tell her to trust you, that you would never hurt her.
Tell her it will only take a second.
I would put her on a bed, so that she is high enough, tell her to get on her knees, with her butt upwards. And her head down on the bed. Then insert the suppository. If she still fights this, then you will need someone else to hold her upper body down and you bend her legs so you can insert it.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!
I hope she will learn this has to be done and get used to it, for you.
Take care! :)

Bananas are constipating. Restraining her & forcing some thing into her anus will be considered by technique of her as very intrusive and not in any respect very loving. it may damage too. A Dr. positioned his finger up my butt after I had hemorrhoids & I almost handed out it damage a lot. If the suppository is for hemorrhoids or laxative there are different ideas - cream, oral laxatives, fibre. i am going to imagine of ideas you should restrain her with help from a 2d individual yet she will be able to hate it, likely scream & be terrified.

Is it possible for you NOT to use the rectal suppositories at all? I remember reading a long time back, I forget the exact reference, of a young woman who had had several traumatic experiences with rectal suppositories as a small child, and upon growing up "relived her nightmares," becoming addicted to anal sex to the extent that she would not have normal vaginal intercourse.

My mom used these on me when I was a little kid for diarrhea. Just place your baby over your lap (your knees together so the baby doesn't fall), spread the (baby's) cheeks, and insert slowly.
I'm not a doctor but it's really pretty simple.
