I have a rash that comes up between my middle an ring fingers on my right hand every year when the weather cools down. It is red, itches at times and burns at others. The skin peels after a while and makes it hard to move my fingers. Please help...I have no health insurance so I can't afford to see a doctor.

sounds like excema- i have it on my whole hand its caused by some genetics buy mostly dry skin
to remedy this get some rubber "doctor" gloves or white cotton gloves from the medical section in walmart and get cortisone vitamin e and mineral oil rub it on your hands and sleep with the glove on, this will reinstate moisture, also keep some really good cortisone cream on you at all times and everytime you think about it rub it on.

I've had great luck with an over-the-counter product called "Psoriasin GEL".
It's primary ingredient is coal tar, which is good for a variety of rash problems. It's non-drying, vanishes right into the skin. Smells a little bit of coal tar for a short while, but really works on about any kind of rash.
Give it a try.

It sounds like it has to do with the cold weather, try using medicated lotion for dry hands and apply it about 4 times a day, also, dont wear any jewelry.
