I have ceramic braces and I am starting to feel like some of my teeth are a little loose. Is this a bad sign? Or is it just a sign that the teeth are being moved in place? Thanks for your help.

Hello, i need to have root canal treatment done and have found an nhs dentist willing to do it for the £42 but they say there is only a 40% success rate and spend about 45mins on it, but private is £260 and they spend 2hours on it. I don't really have this sort of money but if it would make a real diff would be willing to borrow money for it. Can any body out there help as really dont know what to do!!! Cheers Sarah

I had a root canal done by an endodontist and he drilled thru the cap. When I went back to my dentist he said the cap will now crack and needs to be replaced...an expensive proposition. Is it necessary?

well i had earlier posted a question saying i was terrified about a dental surgery that i had to go through...well....it wasnt that bad.
but anyway.....they told me they were going to numb my mouth after i was "put under" and they did. but the surgery was like almost a week ago now (5 days) and the left side of my mouth is still numb.
it's like from the middle of my bottom lip to the corner of my mouth on the left. it also feels like theres tons on pressure on my teeth in that area, and they are numb too.
i called the doctor and he said to "give it a couple days"
this numbness is really annoying me. it's making it hard to chew food and it makes me feel like i have a "fat lip"
is this normal for it to be numb this long after surgery?
is there a way to make the feeling come back or something i can do?
any help would be appreciated
thanks

My friend mixed my toothbrush with her money. (Money is dirty!!) My toothbrush was open and out of its little carry case. How do I clean it without buying a new toothbrush? (Just to tell you this toothbrush is really small, the kinds you use for braces.)

I am 23 and my wisdom teeth have been coming in for over 3 years now. My top two are almost all the way out of my gums and the bottom two are going to start (if they haven't already) pushing my back molars up out of my gums because they are impacted. There is absolutely no more room for anymore teeth and I think that if my bottom wisdom teeth come in all the way I won't even be able to close my mouth all the way! My ears are constantly ringing. Is there a good chance my wisdom teeth are causing this problem?

We have a bet.... I say you need the same amount of novacaine or the same number of injections because you need to numb the root no matter what procedure you"re doing.... however my girlfriend says you need more injections if you have the root canal.... who wins the bet?
