I am 23 and my wisdom teeth have been coming in for over 3 years now. My top two are almost all the way out of my gums and the bottom two are going to start (if they haven't already) pushing my back molars up out of my gums because they are impacted. There is absolutely no more room for anymore teeth and I think that if my bottom wisdom teeth come in all the way I won't even be able to close my mouth all the way! My ears are constantly ringing. Is there a good chance my wisdom teeth are causing this problem?

yes...if they are impacted then they're probably infected too.
GET THEM TAKEN OUT before you lose your hearing, your other teeth, or the nerves in your face.

Absolutely, you should go to the dentist and have them removed, it doesn’t matter that the upper ones are coming out fine, your dentist will have to extract all of them (four), otherwise the ones that stay without an antagonist will start to extrude.
Impacted wisdom teeth need to come out, but if after you have them removed the ringing of your ears doesn’t stop, go to the doctor.

Yes this can be due to your wisdom teeth, You rather get xrays taken and see the dentist to advise you, but it seems yu will need them removed.
