its like a little tiny connection like the one under your tongue but whats it called ?

The small area is called a frenulum.

It is called a FRENUM. The most important ones are the ones that attache your upper and lwer lip to the gums and there is also one that attaces your tongue to the gum (lift your tongue up and you will see it).
