Every day I have a habit of cracking my jaw I just move it forward and flex it as I push out I don't use my hands to do it. I do it alot each day. But somedays it hurts. I can't help it is this bad and what can it do? thanks

ok hi again guys i have an infected tooth or @ least i think i do or can u get infected gums? well any way my face is swelled up and it hurts really REALLY bad i have a denist apponment its on monday i mean guys my face is really swelled is there any in home treatments ive already tryed gargling hot water and salt and gragiling wiskey anything else ? please help me u guys always do thanks ever so much love tessa!

four of my top teeth (2 on each side) hurt where the tooth meets the gum when i brush them. they also bleed. they are not swollen. i think they need cleaning at the dentist or have that scalling thing done but can they do that if i have brackets (braces) on those teeth? i have an orthodontist appointment on friday will he b able to clean the teeth then or will he have to take the brackets off to do it???

I'm getting one pulled tomorrow. I'm not getting any gas, just the needle in your gum thing.
What do they use to pull the tooth out?
How long does it take?
Does the person who cleans your teeth do it or the acctually doctor. Because my dentist is scary.

And my tooth has a filling and cavity and another tooth growing under it. The spot where my tooth is my gum bleeds alot, will my it bleed alot when it gets pulled out???

I just bought those teeth whitening strips (by CREST) after I'm done with the session, and take off the strip, is it ok to rinse my mouth out with water?

I saw a mouth wash product w/ hydrogen peroxide in it. I thought it was dangerous to use in your mouth because it destroys gum tissue.

I had a cleft lip and palate when i was born and had 2 surguries but still need some dental, reconstructive and cosmetic surguries.
I am 27 years old and just dont have the money for insurance and cant afford that kind of medical care.

I am a dental assistant in NJ. I am school trained and have 6 yrs. office experience. I also have an x-ray license. The girls I work w/ are trained in the office and have no previous experience.

I just moved and had to take a major pay cut due to the area I live and work in. I was making $17 /hr. and now make $14/hr. I preform the same tasks as I did in my old office. Such as assisting, but also order supplies for 2 offices.

I have been at this office for only one month, but I really think I deserve a $2 increase. I do alot more than anyone else in the office.

Is it too early to ask for a raise? How should I go about asking w/out jeopardizing my job?
