You can, but it is not a good idea. In the process of the tooth decaying, it will effect the jaw, and other teeth. It would be better to remove the tooth first, then begin braces.

hmm, well, I know I gtot my wisdom teeth out just a month ago , and I had to get them out cause the teeth will push the adult teeth, and it will be all crooked. but there are some of the wisdom teeth that are in the same angle, and they wont move. I remember when I was in the seat, and I was about to get put to sleep, and I was so nervous, and i was shaking, and my arm was turnign purple. it was so emmbarrasing. but when I woke up i was like wow, that was quick. It only took me 45 minutes for the surgery and everything. and I had NO pain . Isn't that weird.

Yes, the decayed tooth will be removed surgically and then braces will be put on.

get the wisdom tooth taken out - then the dentist can do exactly what you want with your teeth - now-a-days there are lots of proceedures they can do to make your smile perfect.
