No because having a chip is like a block of wood losing a chunk it's gone forever only a dentist may fix it to look like it used to if it's bothersome

A chipped tooth cannot heal. What you can do about this is go to the dentist and have him or her sand it down, so that it's not sharp, and cap it, so that it looks the way it did before.
Unless it's sensitive on the chip, neither process is absolutely necessary, however, it would help you to feel better about your smile.
Hope this helps!

It won't heal, but if you are young enough, the rest of the tooth will wear off over a period of years so the chip is no longer evident. Or, your dentist can polish things up for you in 10 seconds.

No. It will not heal. The only way to fix it is to go to the dentist.

No, it will not. To fix this you will need a bonding (filling). If very small then just leave alone.

Nope. Teeth don't grow like that. You have to get it filled in.
