Okay, if you drink coffee then a home remedy is not going to work for you. I would have recommended make a paste with a little baking soda and hydrogen peroxide but that only works if your teeth are a little discolored. I don't know what your teeth look like but I recommend you buy the Crest White Strips Premium. They actually work if the stains are not too bad. If your teeth are brown or grayish looking then you need a professional whitening.

There are several options for at home whitening. Most of the over the counter products don't work at all. Crest Whitestrips do work, but here is the problem (all over the counter products have this same problem). The solution in the whitestrips does work but as soon as it comes into contact with saliva, it gets diluted and the effectiveness is greatly reduced. You will get some effect, but it can't give you prolonged whitening b/c of the saliva contamination. A dentist can make custom trays that will help in sealing out the saliva and that is why you get better results with custom made take home trays. There are some advertised whitening toothpastes and rinses, but none really do that much.

Yes, get hydrogen peroxide from the grocery or drug store. Brush and floss well. Use a Q-tip or other Cotton tipped applicator. Dip one end into the hydrogen peroxide. Gently apply to all surfaces of teeth (that you want to bleach). Do not forget to apply to the back side of the teeth as this will affect the overall results. DO NOT SWALLOW!!! Will Make You VERY SICK. Also breath through your nose, not your mouth. Allow the hydrogen peroxide to sit on teeth for 2-5 min. then spit, rinse, and brush VERY WELL.
While this is a great way to quickly and inexpensively bleach your teeth it can not be repeated very frequently without risks to the gum tissue. (No more than once every other month.)Also, if swallowed or if you inhale the fumes it can make you sick.
It is effective if you can manage the risks.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

Use hydrogen peroxide. And drink more clear liquids and use a straw for sodas and other stain inducing drinks.

Strawberries have a natural bleach in them. You could try eating them or leaving them on your teeth for a while everyday.
