Check with several dentists listed in your telephone directory. Some may not want to give you a price over the phone...pulling teeth involves a pre-examination, an x-ray, and other possible things to do before a tooth is pulled. i.e. It could be infected, impacted, etc.
The cost of dental work is different in each community, State, etc.
If you have limited funds, you might check with a dental college. Sometimes they give service to the community at greatly reduced rates. Even though the dental students are learning, a licensed dentist/teacher is there to supervise.
If you have pain, don't delay. Start finding a way to take care of the tooth. Your health is dependent on good dental conditions.

If the tooth is in one piece, does not have a fracture or a cavity, is not under the gum line, then it should be considered a "simple" extraction. A simple extraction usually runs around $100-120 depending upon the market in your area.
If it is complicated, broken, impacted, or has a large cavity, price ranges by difficulty and risk. Ranges are usually from $250-$1000 per tooth.

Hi Taylor, Some dentists are alittle cheaper than others. I would say, on an average it would cost you $85.00 $125.00. I would check around and find a group of dentists than are reasonable in cost. I hope your tooth isn't causing to much pain. Been there and done that.

It depends on where you live. Each dentist sets their own prices. Call his office and ask.
