I'm getting braces and i don't know what colors to get.I also heard that the ortho gives you stuff for your braces after he puts them on.If so what do they give you.And if there's anything I need to know then please tell me.Thanks.

Okay, so the batteries were about dead, worked on substituting batteries, the battery cover does not now fit over the case. Crest net shows it so easy. Should I give Up? Do I need a big hammer to the case? No snap together. no juice. Suggest, please.

I'm about to get braces and i'm trying to choose between a lot of colors.but my main ones are blue-black red-black blue-red and blue-yellow.but most people say black looks crapy.if so then what colors should i get.oh and my school colors are blue-yellow for karns. what color should i get,HELP!!!!!!!!!

I had a back tooth extracted by dental surgeon on wed. i had really bad pain straight after it was done. on sat a browny/red substace came out from the socket.Does this mean i have dry socket?The pain is still pretty bad.

I am in pain please give me some suggestions! I cant take this much longer. My dentist wont be open until tomorrow! I am taking pain pills that I had for my back but it only helps for a little while. Any suggestions?

I get so nervous when I think about getting teeth pulled for braces, and getting braces. I get so nervous that all my teeth like start to hurt. And my heart races. I mean Im really nervous. Someone please help me! How can I get over it??? Any ortho's or ortho assistants or dentists that can tell me how they calm their patients down??? PLEASE HELP♥

Okay, I think maybe my wisdom teeth are coming in. My bottom teeth are a little crooked now (I had braces as a child) and I feel this little piece of tooth kind of partially covered with gum in the back of my mouth. Is that possible? To have one tooth come out and the others still be under the gum?

Anyway, I have this INSANE urge to chew on stuff. It's like I'm teething. I want one of those baby toys to naw on, haha. Does this sound like it's my wisdom teeth? And is it safe to chew on stuff? Should I see a dentist and get them pulled?

A while ago my jaw started to act really weird. It started to snap every once in a while, when it does that it doesn't hurt but it makes me unable to open my mouth very wide. I can still eat but when I eat big foods I have to cut it into smaller pieces. This will usually only happen like once every two weeks and last for 10 minutes but yesterday it happened and I can't fix it. I can only open my mouth for a couple of centimetres and is starting to get sore because I'm trying to unsnap it. HELP! Anything is appreciated, thanks.

I got my braces off a number of years ago but I still I wear my plastic retainers (they look kinda like those Invisalign retainers) at night. My question is how can I clean them? I always rinse them out or brush them but over the years they have gotten a little discolored and some sort of crusty, hard build up on them on the outside where it fits up at the roof of my mouth. Is there something I can use to clean them up without ruining them?

Dr. "O" is a lose cannon. He does not like patients who have epilepsy. He yells, "if you ever have a seizure in here, you;ll be outa here!" His workmanship is exelent. It's just that he has short fuse. He has yelled about other thins as well.

Does anybody get canker sores? Because I get them all the time. These aren't your ordinary canker sores. These ones are really large, and sometimes I get 2, even 3 canker sores at a time, and the worst part is sometimes they overlap, to make one monster soar. Does anybody have any solutions on how to get rid of these sores?

ok so i have SEVERE pain in mah right side with my teeth. I can't een explain this pain. It is making me miserable!!!Right now, i can't talkd,can't bite down.....NOTHING! it hurts too much! I took Aspirin, it worked for like an hour,but not anymore.

in desperate search of a dentist who's willing to help me! I have no insurance or money, but will give what I can! Will do yard or house work, wash your car every month for life, walk your pets, write a poem for spouse, tell you a joke everyday til i die...you name it and i'll do it to the best of my ability!!! Born to an addict who used during pregnancy, my teeth have been horrible my whole life. Now at 26, I'm so tired of living with toothe-aches everyday.
