In the very back of my mouth my gum tissue is growing over my molar and it hurts really bad does anyone know from experience if that is a sign I am getting a wisdom tooth in?

I had my widom teeth removed a year and a half ago. I heard that when they put you to sleep and remove your wisdom teeth, the dislocate your jaw so they are able to work on removing the teeth at the back. Now Im noticing Im having horrible jaw problems, and it only seems to be getting worse. It started out with just a slight grinding when chewing very hard and crunchie foods. Now, it happens even with soft foods, and when I open my mouth or move my jaw from side-to-side. Sometimes the way I open my mouth to eat, there is a painful grind where Im just sitting there in pain. Do you think that this could be because of the surgery? Or, just something else?

How can I fix this problem? Where should I go?

I noticed that he has yellow spots on his teeth almost as if I wasn't cleaning them properly but I really do I clean them with a wash cloth and then with a toddler elmo tooth brush. I make sure to clean his gums and tounge. Is it normal for his teeth to have yellow stains. What can be causing this?

So I've been researching dental insurance in my area. (S. Florida Metro - Ft. Lauderdale/Miami/Palm Beach)

I've received a quote from a dental HMO that provides the following;
Individual Premium per month - 11.95$
No Wating Period
No Plan Maximum
No Deductable.
As examples of coverage;
Cleanings are no charge.
Fillings for one surface are 25$ for composite fillings. Standard silver fillings are no charge.
Crowns run between 245$-300$
Endodontics/Root Canals run between 110$ and 345$
Periodontic services run between 110$ and 300$ for surgical services.
Non surgiacal periodontic services run between 38$ and 65$
Dentures and bridges are fairly priced between 300$ and 425$
Extractions run between 30$ and 100$
The only place they really get you is with orthodontics.

Now let's look at a PPO.

Individual Coverage is between 30$ and 42$ a month for basically the same services between plans, with large waiting periods, tiny plan maximums, and really not that great of coverage.

Are the statements used to sell toothbrushes real? Do the companies really get dentists to do research?
