In addition to using the pain medication of your choice, sleep on an extra pillow to elevate your head. Sleep on the side that does NOT have a toothache. If that doesn't work, you can move to a recliner or the sofa so you can keep your head really elevated. This will minimize the blood flow to the area and therefore minimize the throbbing and pain. This might help you make it through the night until you can see a dentist.

Do you have a dentist you can call?
Antibiotics would really help because you may have an abscess or infection. If you can get to the dentist at least call your doctor and get antibiotics to help with the pain and infection. Good luck.

Usually if you have a sinus infection your sinuses will feel tender and swollen. You may feel more dizzy if you lean forward and may have a runny nose/post nasal drip. If you have a cavity it probably hurts more after you eat or drink something sweet. If I were you, I'd drink some Koolaid and see if it makes it worse.

Not much can kill the pain. I would call your dentist. They normally see after hours patients if there is an emergency. There should be a way to contact him or her.

warm salt water rinses should do the trick temporarily........if you have sensitivity or pain from cold that means your nerve is irritated but it could be saved by a normal ,maybe deep, filling but if it starts hurting with hot that means the nerve is going south on you and you need a root canal treatment

Use Orajel until you can get to a dentist. You can also brush your teeth and use mouthwash to kill any bacteris that can irritate the tooth. That helps and then don't eat anything.

if it'sd infected surprising gargeling with peroxide can help (directions ARE on the bottle, it's one of the suggested uses for it) or gargle with salt and water to prevent or help the infection. Tylonol or IB profin for pain.
