12 usually. Enless he was late to get his first tooth in the beginning he'll loose the last baby tooth late. If it's longer than that it could be a different problem and the dentist can take an x-ray and see what's up.

Well, I still had 1 at the age of 18! The dentist pulled it in the end!!

Usually it's 12 but everyone is different and it depends when he got his baby teeth.
