I'm getting tooth number 21 bonded and I don't know what tooth that is.

It depends on what country you are in. In the USA, it is the lower left first premolar. In Europe, it is the upper left lateral incisor.

I am pretty sure Canada uses the same numbering system as the USA, but not positive.

17 Third Molar (wisdom tooth)
18 Second Molar
19 First Molar
20 Second Premolar
21 First Premolar
22 Cuspid
23 Lateral Incisor
24 Central Incisor

Here is how I teach new dental assistants.

Start at the upper right wisdom tooth and go left.
#1 UR third molar(wisdom)
#2 UR second molar
#3 UR first molar
#4 second premolar
#5 first premolar
#6 canine
#7 lateral incisor
#8 central incisor
#9 central incisor

Well, you get the idea. Anyways to keep going all the way to the upper left third molar (wisdom tooth) #16, then you drop straight down to the lower left third molar which is #17 and count forward till you get to the first premolar on the lower left, #21.

21 is the tooth on the lower left next to the canine. (towards the back)

It's the one right after tooth 20 and right before tooth 22.

On the lower left side of your mouth it is the first tooth behind the canine(the pointy one).

on your bottom jaw >>go to>> your left canine or eye tooth "the pointy one" >>#21 is>> the one right behind that "your first lower left premolar"

It does differ depending on which country you're in but in Australia it is the upper left central incisor.
