I'm about to get braces and i'm trying to choose between a lot of colors.but my main ones are blue-black red-black blue-red and blue-yellow.but most people say black looks crapy.if so then what colors should i get.oh and my school colors are blue-yellow for karns. what color should i get,HELP!!!!!!!!!

I had clear ones before, and they didn't stain. But white and clear do sometimes stain. I've heard about pearl-coloured ones that don't stain as easily, so ask your dentist about those. Or
choose light blue, or smoke color. The light blue braces turn bright green immediately from curry, but after a few brushings with regular (non-whitening) toothpaste, they settle into a pleasant light teal color. Or go bold. Bolder colors don't stain as easily.

get the natural color of your teeth. you might change schools, then so does your school colors, you are going to get stuck with braces for a long time so try to get the invisilines or some that fit on the back so no one can see them. it'll be like getting a ta too, you'll regret it later, so get something close to natural. a little goes a long way. good luck!

Well, the good thing about braces is you can change colors every time you get them tightened. If I were you I'd start out with your school colors and see how they look. Trust me you will have plenty of time to try out all the available options.

Black makes your teeth look yellow. I liked light pink the best (but I don't know your gender). Light blue looks nice too.

blue-red, balck makes your original teeth color turn yellow and stains your teeth. yellow change colors in certain types of flour, and blue changes to yellow when you consume liek curry, creppes.

try metallic blue, its cool lookin. but whatever you do, dont get the clear or white ones. my friend did and they turned all yellow and brown from the food. and its not because they didnt bruch their teeth, they did twice a day...

I dunno cause Umm i have these weird braces that you don't get color with and i was pissed when i heard that so i guess get red and orange! AWSOME Or lime green and purple!
