Just put some baking soda on your brush with your toothpaste. Also, you can get a whitening stick from Asda, a few quid, about £12 or so, but it works, i use it. Good luck!

Bacically they are made out of hydrogen peroxide (dilluted) and baking soda. Do not drink coffee or eat anything with color it in it 24 hours after whitening your teeth. Pretty simple, actually. I make my own with the above incrediants and a little crest for flavor.

gargle with saltwater every night and brush ur teeth with baking soda. i like crest whitestrips the best, they worked great

oh just use regular toothpaste with listerines whitening formula mouth wash.
wash with it for 30 seconds daily and it removes stains from your teeth.
i use it.
it removed tea stains that i lived with for 9 years... so it does work.

the bottle is white and is made by listerine.. you can't miss it.
:D
it doesn't taste like bleach and it is not hard on enamel like most whitening kits are.

my friend who has the prettiest whitest teeth told me she uses the $40 crest one for a week's worth every 3 or four months. . .
