I've had double vision for about 10 years, ever since having surgery to remove a hemangeoma from my left eye orbit. It left me with vision reduced to where I can barely see the big E. However the real problem is that it doesn't track properly, in fact most of the time it's off a bit and some of the time it's way off.
I've tried every type of patching possible, I've found, as long as the eye is open, regardless of whether it can see anything or not, it sends a light message to the brain that still results in double vision, or at least makes things somewhat fuzzy with a bright area right where I'm looking.
I'm told the only way to stop the double vision is to cut the optic nerve. Seems pretty drastic, even if it can't see well, it would provide some vision to move around with in the event of something happening to lose vision in my right eye.
Is the weight of carrying a spare worth the constant struggle, or perhaps something else to try? Pros or Cons of this??

I am 22 years only and get very painful aches and pains every time the weather changes. The only remedy that seems to work is by applying heat to the pain. Is this normal?

Anytime she sees a beehive, ants nest, or a leaf with holes in it she freaks out and gets goose bumps. She pretty much goes crazy anytime she sees something with a 'mesh-like' pattern. Is there a name for this or is she completely insane?

I saw a commercial on T.V. indicating you could try a 30 day free supply (by paying S&H) and the website www.naturalrelief.com says the same. When the order arrived, there was a bill that indicated a zero balance, but a 90 day supply was sent. After 2 weeks of taking the supplements, my face broke out in a rash, so I discarded the vitamins & bill. One month later... my credit card was charged an additional $99.85. When I called, they said it was because I was sent a 90 day supply (thus 30 days was free and I was charged for 60 days). I am pretty savvy at internet purchases, but they got me. This seems like a scam to me... is this even legal? Has anyone else had this experience with with company?

I had a root canal and it didn't work. I just went through this with another tooth on the opposite side and in the end, it still had to come out. I am using an herbal medicine to take the pain away so that I can still eat on that side while the other side is still healing. What happens if I choose to not remove this tooth? Will infection move into my blood stream after a while?

Like an idiot, I skipped two days out of my medications and my depression hit me yesterday and this morning with full force.

How do I pull myself out of a depressive episode while getting my medication back on track? Any ideas? Going for a walk? Shopping? Watching a funny movie?

usually i only had pimples during my period. but since 6 or 7 months ago, ive had pimples all around my face. 1st it started at my left cheek, then on my forehead, n now, at my right cheek. what the hell is happening to me?im 22. ive tried using pimple cream, wash my face twice daily, but it doesnt seems to stop appearing. pls help me!

I just got over some kind of bug (flu and a little cold). I been feeling like I been off a little. No stress, work is great but since 3 years ago sometimes I feel like a vertigo. I have a thing for pink and red salmoln. I often eat a can of 420g pink salmoln every day. Is this excessive? Could there be any health risks/undesireable consequences to eating that much salmon? And if so what?

I mean think about it. That works out at 3 kilo's (6.6 pounds) of salmon a week. Is that too much or ok? Are certain brands more at risk than others? I mainly like to eat the brand name that sounds like it belongs to a member of the royal family (naming no names). Is that a particularly good brand?

If this is ok, how much is too much?

why does everyone else seem to like this drug?

I know it is against the law, and no I don't want to use drugs. I just mean that in the past when I did party, everyone seemed to love this stuff. And it made me feel really weak and afraid every single time I tried it.

do you bleed blood when you get badly scalded (with boiling water)? i always thought it would just be like watery stuuff but my frind syas she thinks you bleed like this pinkish blood lol.

I am married, 25, and took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I have been really stressed lately and constantly worried about something. I feel cramping like I am going to start sometimes but I haven't. I was on seasoninque birth control and stop it in the middle of the pack because I was having problems with the med. So then I had my period and started loestrin and just completed my first pack. I had old blood discharge when I started the pack at first. I took my last pill on Saturday and today is Thursday and still no period!!!! What could be going on???? Should I be worried??? I really wish that it would hurry up and come!

Ok I'm going to see him today and I've had history of kidney stones. I think I might have them again but I'm not sure. Thinking that I might not have them doesn't help me at all. i have done some research and figured that people that have a high forehead are usually quite skinny...i also typed in "ectomorph*" in google, they're characterisitcs along with being skinny is having a high forehead...why is this?

*an ectomorph is someone that is skinny

does this mean that if you gain weight your forehead will not look high anymore?

I am interested in who is eligible for this. Someone told me that I should check it out, because I no longer have health insurance, and have a few things that need to be fixed health wise. I am 21, a full time college student, and have no income. I currently live with my boyfriend, but we are not married, he makes almost 40 a year, but his 19 year old sister lives with us, along with his 76 year old father who is being put on medicaid. My financial aid and loans completely cover my school funds, because even with my dads income added in, it is not enough for school. He also does not have insurance because he can not afford it. My boyfriend has it through his work, but will they count his income too even though my permanant address is my dads? Please leave some info on this. I looked it up, but could not find much on eligibility for it. Thanks.
