my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

Maybe your washing your face too much ( it can happen).
What are you using to wash your face with? Have you changed any of your products??

Are you touching your face with your hands alot??? Carry around some hand sanitizer, and use it after you touch ANYTHING. I always use it even after i wash my hands. If it doesn't seem to let up, maybe you can also try some SEA BREEZE. It is an astringent that may get rid of alot more dirt that is left on the face, even after washing it.

If all else fails, go see a dermatologist =) Good Luck!

There really is no cure for acne, but I found a remedy that will get rid of them. Just get any mild soap it must be the type of soap that will dry the skin. Then you pat dry your face so it wont irritate the skin. Then you get a benzoyl perioxide of 2.5% and apply that wait till it completely dries. After that you get a moisturizer that will not clog pores with spf of 15 and that will do it. Hope that helps.

It's probably just hormones. Try Proactiv. It works the best.
