I've found that in the last few months when it comes around 'that time' I feel like absolute crap. I always either get a really upset tummy or a really bad headache. I'm an emotional rollercoast and all I want to do is sleep...
Do you feel like that too? What do you do to prevent it or at least alleviate it?

ut anyway, he is a friend of mine i am in my 30s and he is only 17 i try to be honest and blunt and ask questions about how he is feeling and today i said i could smell cannibis on him

anyway i really really wanted to say to him about how it wont help him get better in the long term but i didnt want to come across as authorititave to him especially when he is being hinest with me and my husband

but how do i do this explain the dangers but still let him feel he has someone to talk too if he wants to because he isnt getting on with his parents at the moment

he is on fluoxetine at the moment as well, i have come through a bad spate of depression so i feel i can be understandng but also know that these drugs will not do any good for him in the long term even though he says that when he feels really bad they make him feel better

do you have any ideas

As far as I'm concern, what I do have is canker sore (after looking at the answers on this website, definitely not cold sore or fever blister which ONLY appear outside the mouth, I'm sure me & my wife never came across cold sore & fever blister). Yet my blood test result of HSV-1 show index 10 positive, HSV-2 negative. I didn't know my wife has infected by HSV-1 until I saw the blister came out at her genital & bring her to doctor. We do have oral sex for the past 2 months after married. But I've stopped giving her oral sex 1 week or more before her 1st outbreak at genital. The day before the blister manifest, I have sex with her but no oral sex. She was diagnosed for HSV-1 genital infection the day after blister appeared. I just wanna know what is the best possible way to describe how we both get infected. We never had any sex partners before marriage. I'd never shows any symptoms of HSV-1 infection till now, only she has. Will there any future infection if we both have sex again?TQ

i dont have health insurance so i cant go to the doctor now and i cant afford to spend over 100 in a check up. so what can i do to help me know if i have it or not? i been getting these shocking pains from my fingers to my thumb or all the way up to my elbow. what can i take for that

I have some serious issues. I am married and have been for 31/2 years now. Before we got married we were having sex like 3 times a day with no problems. Now, i have trouble "getting it" and i get rubbed raw. Its starting to affect me mentally. Ok. I am 13 years old and I haven't gotten my first period yet. I started having this white discharge for about a year and a half, and about 3 days ago the discharge turned red and there were brown clumps in it. It doesn't stink, and I've made sure that it is not a yeast or vaginal infection. Does this mean that I have just gotten my first period? I read on the internet that there is supposed to be red spots in my underwear, but the discharge has never come fully out of my vagina. Please help me, I am so confused.

Im 5ft8inches tall, 18 years old, female and 115lbs
I'm looking to gain 5lbs by the end of december.
Right now im eating 2300 calories give or take a few and i work out 5-6 times a week (cardio & weight training) more then 30 minutes in each session.
Will i gain weight by eating like this and working out like this?
