Take some oxygen from a tank..that is the fasts but probably too hard to get..
General Rule: Often called “hair of the dog that bite you”. a Bloody Mary cocktail seems to bring you back to normal. In conjunction with Isobuphen, a Bloody Mary can work quite dramatically. Here is my recipe, taken from a famous Japanese restaurant in New York;
• One shotglass of vodka (use the best you can find)
• Dash of lemon juice
• Worcestershire sauce
• 2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce or more if you can handle it
• Pepper, salt and celery salt
• 5 oz tomato juice
Over ice in a tall glass add spices, then vodka. Fill with tomato juice and stir. Garnish with celery stick and lime wedge.
Special Rules:
1. Take a hot shower
2. Do deep breathing exercises in front of an open window
3. Walk in place till your heartbeat is about 115 beats per minute then stop
4. As you feel better, drink lots of pure clean water
5. Eat bananas. Bananas contain high volumes of fructose, and and potassium, which is one of the things you lose lots of when you drink. Bananas are also a natural antacid to help with the nausea, and are high in magnesium which can help relax those pounding blood vessels causing that hangover headache.
Obviously one would not like to drink too much and suffer the consequences of a hangover the next day, but following the rules above will alleviate most or all of the symptoms.

Gatorade and power aid. If you have to pedilyte. Your hangover is caused by dehydration. Just think about how many times you ran to the bathroom at the bar or behind the bush at the party. As long as you drink something to refill your electrolytes that you lost your shouldn't have a hangover. Sports drinks work really well, h2o is OK. Try it the next time you go out.

Go to the pharmacy and buy "Chaser". (I've never used it myself but the commercial sounds good).
MY OWN PERSONAL CURE IS: Drink as much water as you possibly can before going to bed. Then, when you wake up, drink water again, and take your favorite pain-reliever - Motrin is mine. The hangover is dehydration plus the body's desperate attempt to remove a poison. So, you must rehydrate, then consume anything that will give you energy.
Bread can soak up some of the alcohol, so your body can digest it over time instead of being flooded with it all at once.
"Woody Boyd" from "Cheers" says: Stick your finger down your throat and yarf until you see red, then sit down on the bowl and heave until you see the angels.

A hangover is caused by dehydration. The only way to get rid of it is to drink plenty of water to get re-hydrated. It also helps to flush out the toxins from the alcohol.
